I found this project to be a great learning experience. I found it to be a valid way to learn by doing with technology. It was a create opportunity to spread the wings of my creativity and soar into a new area that I had not explored before. Both VoiceThread and the wiki were fairly easy to maneuver once I figured out what to do. This is something that I would love to use in my future classroom, however it would be something that I would have to thoroughly go over beforehand. The VoiceThread would be a great tool for students who are not completely ready for the nuances of G.U.M. like preschool age children. It is a creative way to publish the students' stories who may not be able to write them down just yet. I think it would be a very engaging experience that will be constructive and enjoyable. I feel that it is a project that students would be proud of and could show off to their peers and parents. I think that it is a good alternative to just writing a piece of work.
